For online sellers

We keep your stock moving. You keep control of the rules.

Fulfilment, returns, refurbishing, resale: take one service or all of them. Every item is tracked in the same system, from the receiving dock to its exit.

E-commerce fulfilment

Your orders leave as if you had packed them yourself.

Your goods are received, counted and matched against your advance shipping notice. They are stored by SKU, and each order is picked, packed and handed to the chosen carrier.

  • Checked receiving: discrepancies with the shipping notice are reported, not absorbed.
  • Stock that is actually counted, visible online, SKU by SKU.
  • Picking, packing and labelling in your brand colours if you wish.
  • Shipping via Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DPD or UPS depending on parcel and destination.

Customer returns

A return is not one more box left in a corner.

Every returned parcel is opened and matched to the original order. The item is tested, photographed, graded on the scale and routed to the right exit, following the rules you have set.

  • Matching with the order and the reason given by your customer.
  • Function test, accessory check, photos of defects.
  • Grade assigned on the common scale, from A+ to F.
  • Exit decision applied according to your rules, with the reason kept.

Refurbishing

An item that moves up a grade sells for more.

When an item can gain value, we clean it, repackage it or repair it. Parts recovered from units beyond repair are used to restore other units.

  • Cleaning and repackaging: packaging, manual, equivalent accessories.
  • Routine repairs done in our workshop, anything beyond with your approval.
  • Spare parts recovered from units that can no longer be sold whole.
  • New test and new grade after the work.

Resale

What does not go back into stock finds a buyer.

Items you do not want back in stock are sold at the price of their real condition: one by one on marketplaces, or grouped into consistent lots for trade buyers.

  • Listings written with the item’s grade, defects and photos.
  • Sold on Amazon, Cdiscount, eBay, Leboncoin or Vinted depending on the product.
  • Lots sold only to professionals whose account has been verified.
  • Payout and detailed statement for each item sold.

How it works

An item’s journey, in four steps.

  1. Receiving

The parcel or pallet is opened, counted and matched against what was announced.

  2. Inspection and grade

Each item is tested and given a grade from A+ to F, with its defects described.

  3. Decision

Back to stock, online sale, lot, parts or recycling — according to your rules.

  4. Tracking

You see the condition and exit of every item in your client area.

Five possible exits

  • Back to stock The item returns to your sellable stock, in its original packaging or an equivalent.
  • Online sale Listed with its grade and defects, at a price consistent with its real condition.
  • Trade lot Grouped with comparable items and sold to a verified buyer.
  • Spare parts No longer sellable whole, its components are used to repair other units.
  • Treatment channel When nothing else is possible, it goes to an approved channel, with proof of treatment.

Who decides what

You set the rules. We apply them, item by item.

What you decide

  • The grades you accept back into stock.
  • The SKUs that must never be resold outside your own channels.
  • The value threshold above which a decision is referred to you.
  • How items under manufacturer warranty are handled.

What we guarantee

  • A grade assigned on the common scale, never by guesswork.
  • Your rules applied exactly as you wrote them.
  • Cases outside the rules are referred to you, not decided for you.
  • A record of every decision: who, when, why, with photos.

Your client area

You don’t need to call us to know where an item stands.

Your online client area gives you access, at any time, to:

  • your stock, SKU by SKU;
  • your orders and their carrier tracking;
  • your returns, with photos and reason;
  • the grades assigned and the decisions taken;
  • your invoices and statements.

Getting started

Four steps before the first delivery.

We don’t price from a catalogue: the price depends on your volumes, your products and the work actually required.

  1. A first conversation

You describe your flows, your products and what is holding you back today.

  2. A study of your flows

We look at your SKUs, volumes, sales channels and transport constraints.

  3. The specification

Inspection checklist, authorised decisions, expected reporting and a priced quote.

  4. Going live

Your client area is opened, your sales channels connected, and the first goods received.

Questions we are asked

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the number of SKUs and on connecting your sales channels. The timetable is set in the specification, before signing.

Can you connect to my sales channels?

Yes for Amazon, Cdiscount, eBay, Leboncoin and Vinted, and for your own website depending on its platform. The connection is assessed during the study of your flows.

What happens to a return that cannot be identified?

It is set aside, photographed and reported to you. It is neither restocked nor sold until its origin is established.

Can I use my own inspection checklist?

The grading scale stays common, but test criteria and blocking defects are set per product family, according to your requirements.

Can my products be resold under my brand?

You decide. Some SKUs can be excluded from any resale outside your channels, or resold without mention of your brand.

What happens to my customers’ data?

It is used only to process your orders and returns. It is never reused for other purposes or passed on to third parties.

Why don’t you publish prices?

Because the cost depends on your volumes, your products and the work actually required. A published price would be wrong for most cases: we prefer to price yours.
