Nothing gets lost between two pairs of hands.

Every item received is identified, inspected and tracked until it leaves. You can see where it stands at every step.

  1. Receiving

    The parcel or pallet is opened, counted and matched against what was announced.

  2. Inspection and grade

    Each item is tested and given a grade from A+ to F, with its defects described.

  3. Decision

    Back to stock, online sale, lot, parts or recycling — according to your rules.

  4. Tracking

    You see the condition and exit of every item in your client area.

Eight grades, the same for everyone.

Your teams, our operators and our buyers read the same scale. “Very good condition” is never left to anyone’s judgement.

  1. A+ New New, sealed, complete, never opened.
  2. A Like new Unboxed but like new, complete, no sign of use.
  3. B+ Very good Micro-marks, complete, function checked.
  4. B Good Visible signs of use, complete, function checked.
  5. C+ Fair Clear marks or an original accessory missing, works.
  6. C Used Heavy wear or incomplete product, works.
  7. D For repair Known and described functional fault: repair or parts.
  8. F Not working Not sellable as is: spare parts or treatment channel.

For trade buyers

Lots described honestly, not sold by weight.

Our lots are made up of items already inspected in our warehouse. Before making an offer, you know what you are buying.

  • The real composition. Number of items, number of SKUs and product families.
  • The grade breakdown. The share of each grade, calculated on items actually inspected.
  • The defects found. Grade and defects of every item in the detailed list, with photos.
  • The collection terms. Collection on site or pallet delivery, depending on the lot.
