The only data collected is what you enter in the forms: your company’s identity, the contact person’s name, contact details, a description of your needs and, for a call, the chosen slot. No data is bought or enriched from third parties.

Purpose

This data is used to process your request: preparing a quote, arranging a call, verifying a buyer account or replying to a message. It is used for no other purpose and is never sold.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your voluntary request and on the legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry from a professional.

Retention period

Requests with no follow-up are kept for three years from the last contact. Data linked to a contractual relationship follows the length of the contract and applicable accounting obligations.

Recipients

The data is accessible only to the people handling your request. It is passed on to no commercial partner and remains hosted in France.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@altoval.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Security

Exchanges with this website are encrypted. Requests are recorded in a private storage area, separate from the public website and accessible only to the application process.
