Open your account
We check your company registration and EU VAT number. Lots are sold to professionals only.

Review the detail
SKU list, grade of each item, defects found and photos: everything is shared with verified accounts.

Make your offer
You make an offer on the whole lot. We reply, then the invoice is issued.

Collect or have it delivered
Palletised and wrapped lot, collected on site or delivered by pallet network at your expense.
The grading scale
Eight grades, the same for everyone.
Your teams, our operators and our buyers read the same scale. “Very good condition” is never left to anyone’s judgement.
- A+ New New, sealed, complete, never opened.
- A Like new Unboxed but like new, complete, no sign of use.
- B+ Very good Micro-marks, complete, function checked.
- B Good Visible signs of use, complete, function checked.
- C+ Fair Clear marks or an original accessory missing, works.
- C Used Heavy wear or incomplete product, works.
- D For repair Known and described functional fault: repair or parts.
- F Not working Not sellable as is: spare parts or treatment channel.

Why is a verified account required?
Lots are sold to professionals only. We check the company registration and EU VAT number before sharing price and detail.
What does a lot’s detailed list contain?
Every SKU, its quantity, the grade of each item, the defects found and, depending on the lot, photos taken during inspection.
Why isn’t the price shown?
A lot’s price only makes sense alongside its detailed list. Both are shared together with verified accounts.
How does collection work?
The lot is palletised and wrapped. You collect it on site or we arrange pallet network delivery, at your expense.
Can I return a lot?
A lot is sold in the condition described in its detailed list. If an item does not match its description, report it on receipt: we examine every case.
