The grading scale
One word, one meaning, for everyone.
Every inspected item receives one of these eight grades. Sellers, operators and buyers read the same scale: “good condition” means the same thing everywhere.

| C+ | Fair | Clear marks or an original accessory missing, works. | Sellable as is |
| C | Used | Heavy wear or incomplete product, works. | Sellable as is |
| D | For repair | Known and described functional fault: repair or parts. | Repair, parts or treatment |

Test criteria and blocking defects are set per product family: a vacuum cleaner is not inspected like a jacket.
From grade to decision
The grade guides the item’s exit. You set the rules, we apply them.
- Back to stock The item returns to your sellable stock, in its original packaging or an equivalent.
- Online sale Listed with its grade and defects, at a price consistent with its real condition.
- Trade lot Grouped with comparable items and sold to a verified buyer.
- Spare parts No longer sellable whole, its components are used to repair other units.
- Treatment channel When nothing else is possible, it goes to an approved channel, with proof of treatment.
