Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the professional.altoval.com website and the services it offers online. They do not replace the service contract signed with each client.

Purpose

The website presents Altoval’s services and lets you request a quote, book a call, apply for a buyer account and view the lots open for sale.

Quote requests

A quote request commits neither party. A priced proposal is binding only once a signed quote has been issued.

Calls

A booked slot may be cancelled or moved by either party, with notice by email within a reasonable time.

Lots for sale

Lots are sold exclusively to trade buyers whose company registration and VAT number have been verified. The published composition indicates the grade breakdown; only the detailed list shared with the verified account is authoritative.

Contractual relationship

Fulfilment, returns processing, refurbishing and resale services are covered by a separate contract setting out service commitments, prices, duration and reversibility terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
